I had a great experience of Bluegrass auto repair. My car wouldn’t start in the morning. I tapped on the solenoid to get it started and it did, but I didn’t trust it to start again. I called at 8 o’clock in the morning asked, if they had room for me. They did and I drove it over and they fixed it that day. Marcus at the front desk is a pleasure.

Very Disappointed and Frustrated. If I could, I would have given 0 star. I had a terrible experience with Bluegrass Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in to get the AC fixed, and the manager promised that they would repair the leak and refill the system. They charged me for the service, but when I got my car back, the AC still wasn’t working at all. When I returned to the shop, the manager—who was extremely rude and unprofessional—told me that they couldn’t actually fix the issue. This was shocking, especially since he had clearly stated at the beginning that the problem would be fixed. In the end, I was charged for a service that was never provided, and my AC is still broken. This place is a scam—they take your money and fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly recommend that no one use Bluegrass Auto Repair. They are dishonest, and their customer service is awful. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Our car had a serious issue over the Labor Day holiday weekend, as we were traveling from northern Indiana to Kentucky. This business was slammed busy, but they worked us right in since we were broken down, and had us up and running faster than anyone back home! What a blessing! Michelle at the front desk was wonderful, so very patient and professional (and nice!). We were charged a reasonable price and better than in our city! Georgetown Kentucky, you are blessed to have this business! It sure reflects very favorably on your town. If you have to have a breakdown, pray it’s here-this place is a Godsend! We are so grateful for your kindness and professionalism-above and beyond! Thank you!!
