I recently had a water softener installed by Blue Frog Plumbing and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, explained the system clearly, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before they left. The installation process was clean and efficient and took time to answer all my questions. Reiterating my wife’s post, I called bluefrog in dire need of help with a leaking hot water tank and they were quick to act—coming out within hours and getting a new one installed. Bluefrog was great to work with. They were super responsive and able to send a plumber to me within an hour. Steve was fantastic - he did the job quickly and quietly, and went way above and beyond with clean-up, answering all my plumbing-related questions and waiting patiently for me when I was wrapping up a meeting. Incredible customer service. Hope not to need them any time soon but would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Outstanding. Had an emergency leak in my home and the team was on site within the hour! Thorough complete fix without upselling/ overcharging. Steve was very friendly and walked me through everything. Put me at ease right away. Refreshing to not feel ripped off while getting help. Will be using blue frog for all projects going forward.
