We used Bluebird Clearance Co when we were clearing our old family home. Not only were they excellent value compared with quotes from other clearance firms, they were delightful to deal with, from start to finish. The office staff were friendly, helpful and slotted us in at short notice. The three clearers were really respectful of all the stuff, and kept finding things we had missed that we might wish to keep - checking each one with us. Very highly reconmmended.

Bluebird Clearance Co cleared my 88 year old aunt's house when she moved after nearly 40 years. The planning and prep beforehand was meticulous with plenty of time for questions and discussion. The team on the day were friendly, polite and very hard working. They were careful to check about possible momentos which my aunt might like to have kept. The whole experience was positive from beginning to end. I can thoroughly recommend.

However the team took great care to ensure everything would go to a suitable home, which meant a greener environment and other people getting use from their belongings. A very professional company to deal with. It is clear that all members of the team care about the job. They are determined to ensure that your belongings are treated with respect and do their utmost to ensure that articles are recycled, donated to charity or sold on to third parties with a view to avoiding landfill. Laurence and Jack undertook my partial house clearance. I am so pleased I came across Bluebird. I was incredibly anxious as to what to expect following a full house clearance undertaken by British Heart Foundation at my parents home back in April. BHF used third party contractors who pretended not to speak English and destroyed the entire contents of our family home of 60 years in front of me, taking everything we'd donated to the local tip. I have never recovered from what I witnessed that day. Bluebird were a totally different experience from the moment I contacted Kim. She was extremely helpful offering advice and reassurance. When the team arrived promptly yesterday morning they introduced themselves, were extremely polite, friendly, patient and explained in detail what to expect. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above what I thought they would be doing. In the evening I received a text thanking me for my donations and details of where they had been taken. I cannot thank Bluebird enough for the professional and compassionate service offered. I highly recommend this company.
