Found this place on yelp and went there this morning as they were close to my apartment. Ali took my vehicle in right away and quickly & professionally swapped the wheels for me and he and technicians were just so friendly that I thought I was speaking to my friends! Thank you for taking care of my car and answering all my questions and doing all my requests! Definitely coming back!

Very good shop here. Extremely kind and very attentive to your needs. I stopped in because I got a nail in my tire. They came out, assess the situation, plugged the tire and had me on my way within 15 minutes.

Great experience, super kind and fast. Called at 9:50, was told I could come in for the oil change at 11. Got there at 10:55 and they immediately started. Made it home by 12, only delay was lack of an oil filter on hand (old car) but I had one and they had no problem installing it. Thanks! Definitely coming back for my transmission fluid and AC recharge

I have been here 3 now. Every time they have been quick, kind & honest. They went above and beyond today with helping me. I will recommend this place to any & everyone. I’m literally going to come here for everything now, including my oil changes. I have gone somewhere else for 10yrs but after this last experience with blue star, I’m not going anywhere else. I took my car in for tire repair service was great. Pricing was great but just yesterday I wanted to do a tire rotation on my car. I could not loosen the lug nuts. They were way over. Tighten too much. I use my impact gun cannot take them off. I use my air gun. I was only able to remove three and the other two I cannot take them off so I used a long extension from my Jack, that was the only way for me to remove the last two Lugnuts. I think their staff should at least torque the Lugnuts to the specified manufactures specifications instead of the Lugnuts over tightened. What if I would’ve gotten stranded with the flat tire and I couldn’t takeoff the wheel off because the Lugnuts were over tightened?

Took my 2017 BMW 320i  into Blue Star Tires & Auto Repair,after noticing some slipping and weird noises from the transmission. Ali explained everything clearly no upselling, no pressure, just straight-up honest advice. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a fair quote. Not only did they finish the job faster than expected, but my car now drives like new! It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this professional, transparent, and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need auto repair work again and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Super friendly, honest no pressure sale--I was looking for truck tires and Ali hooked me up. Priced out a few corporate locations and local shops in town--Blue Star had the best price and they include a free alignment (toe, camber & caster) with purchase of 4 tires--everybody else charges $100 just for an alignment. They also include free rotation and tire plugging with tire purchase. They do mechanical work too, they were helping a lady with valve cover gaskets and a transmission leak, prices were very reasonable. If you want the best price in town on tires + free alignment go see these folks, they've earned my business for life.

Low pressure indicator came on for one of my tires, however my car isn't kind enough to let me know which tire that is. I stopped in to see if they could check my air, the gentleman was able to help me right away, did all four tires (all were low due to colder weather) and sent me on my way. When I offered to pay something he refused. Soooooooooo nice!! This is something I dread doing myself. I'm usually in a dress trying to manage the air hose and a dirty gas station parking lot. This just really made my day. Another shop wanted to charge me $5 a tire, insane!

On my way through Sacramento, I had an incident of one of my tires had popped. I was more than lucky to have pulled over just one block away from Blue Star Tires! I made it over to their shop and they had gave me the best customer support I have ever experienced with Tire Shops! You will be missing out if you overlook Blue Star Tires! Got me all set to go while on my way to a car show!

I’ve brought both of my cars here and Blue Star has done excellent work. Honest pricing and they get the job done fast! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a solid place to service their vehicle.
