The clinic is a fraudulent clinic. I have serve asthma, have my entire life. I was at the The clinic earlier this year and prescribed by a doctor an increased steroid infused puffer for my asthma and was told to take it every day pretty much forever. Upon receiving that prescription, I asked how many refills were attached. They told me I just had to speak to the pharmacist in-house and that that pharmacist would be able to quickly page the doctor and process a new puffer. Upon going back to the clinic today, not only did the pharmacist deny that that was instructed towards me. They forced me in to the doctors office so that they could claim it through my health card made me wait 15 minutes and then due to the fact that I told the doctor I did not need to see him because this was on record and should’ve just been prescribed through the system as per the notes from my last visit. They told me that I can get the hell out and go find service elsewhere and I’m no longer welcome here and when I called them out on the fraudulent act, they said blame the government system that were allowed to do it this way. So in other words, they want to prescribe you a medication that you have to take monthly but only give you one refill so that you have to go back to the doctor every 30 days so that they are able to recharge the system a visit even if you do not actually need to see the doctor because there’s nothing wrong with you, you’re just picking up a standardized prescription. The pharmacist then told me that there’s different doctors on site during different months and each doctor may have a different evaluation and agreed to different prescription prescriptions, Which is pretty much telling you that if I go to this place, my healthcare is going to be inconsistent because depending on the doctor, they will prescribe something different. I repeat never go there. It is a fraudulent Clinic.

Extremely Disappointed This was a complete waste of my time. I received a call from the clinic saying my ER referral was sent to them and that I was covered under OHIP. I clearly explained that I had already started physical therapy at Physiomed Airport using my own benefits. Despite that, they told me to come in on February 12 at 11:30 AM. At the appointment, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. He asked a few basic questions and then told me to continue my previous therapy and only come back if my pain gets worse. There was: • No physical therapy • No treatment • No new medical advice • No clear plan • No value added to my care Why call me in if you are not going to provide any treatment or proper assessment? I am already following medication and therapy. This appointment served no purpose. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this clinic.

I brought a refugee single Mom and her 2 sick children to the walk in clinic. They were seen by a doctor without a long wait. The pharmacist (I'm not sure if his name is Hany & if he is the owner) treated this woman like family. She was given several prescriptions - for her and each of her 2 children. Her children, however, were in the system for health care but apparently not for medication. He took the time TO GET THEM IN THE SYSTEM - with patience, kindness and understanding. She was unable to pay for a couple of the meds for her kids, so I covered those costs, and he was more than generous. THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! More than that, the LEVEL OF CARE this man showed for a non-English speaking, single Mom with refugee status and 2 sick kids was EXCEPTIONAL and COMMENDABLE. What a world we would live in if we all treated each other with this level of care, kindness, empathy and understanding! With Much Gratitude...

šŸ‘ŽTerrible service. The doctor was incredibly rude. I had some tests done, and he only told me that the results were negative and sent me home without checking whether my symptoms had improved. I felt dismissed and not properly cared for. It seemed like the visit was rushed and only focused on billing. Absolutely terrible service. šŸ˜ž There used to be another doctor, and he actually helped; now the current ones are arrogant šŸ™„

Today I went into the clinic for my usual B12 shot. Instead I left without it. I had the most HORRIBLE experience as a human being in Toronto by a so call "Doctor". Not only was Olujide Olhokun demeaning, he was misogynistic. It was his way and he did not want to hear what you had to say. He has NO patience when he talks to you. Then he demeaned my Family Doctor's directives. He was so unprofessional and had NO bedside manners. He didnt want to give me my B12 when I asked him if he is refusing to provide me a service. He backtracked and said this time but not without some procedure from my Dr. Then he tried to say my GP doesn't know what shes doing and she must be a female. Seriously, do NOT have this person treat you. He has a VERY OLD school mentality and a negative view of females. He doesnt know how to speak to people as human beings much less people of colour or a female. I am SO ANGRY!!! He should NOT be a doctor.

This physiomed is awesome. The people are really nice and accommodating (they have sessions for after 4pm on a weekday - yay!!). I felt a difference after each session. The therapists were caring, watched and listened to my feedback on how things felt throughout each session, and also gave me tips for what I can do to help myself heal. Very knowledgeable and seems to know what they're doing. It's downstairs of the walk in clinic. They're also able to bill your insurance if you have it. Also, seems to have the best pricing compared to all the others in the area after I looked around.

This review was long due and it would not be an exaggeration if I say that Dr. Bineh Singh Kalra was an angel in disguise and helped me find a GI doctor for my condition. I am truly indebted to Dr. Bineh for the care and consult he provided me in May 2023. thank you so much Doctor Kalra.

I came to the walk in for a hand injury. I was seen by Dr Kaushal within 10 minutes. He was very kind and sent me to emergency for imaging, with a thorough explanation of why I needed to go. Very pleased with their efficiency and friendliness.

Great Walk-in Clinic! I was a bit suspicious about such positive reviews but turns out this place is as good as people say :) I was greeted by a friendly nurse who explained everything very nicely and instructed me that the doctor will come in 15-20 mins and in fact he actually came ON TIME! He checked me quickly and prescribed medication and how to use it. Then with the help of awesome people at the counter I picked up my pills and happily left the clinic. 11 out of 10 experience ✨ I felt better after a week and I had a follow up call with the doctor later. Great place šŸ‘šŸ» I recommend
