The clinic is a fraudulent clinic. I have serve asthma, have my entire life. I was at the The clinic earlier this year and prescribed by a doctor an increased steroid infused puffer for my asthma and was told to take it every day pretty much forever. Upon receiving that prescription, I asked how many refills were attached. They told me I just had to speak to the pharmacist in-house and that that pharmacist would be able to quickly page the doctor and process a new puffer. Upon going back to the clinic today, not only did the pharmacist deny that that was instructed towards me. They forced me in to the doctors office so that they could claim it through my health card made me wait 15 minutes and then due to the fact that I told the doctor I did not need to see him because this was on record and should’ve just been prescribed through the system as per the notes from my last visit. They told me that I can get the hell out and go find service elsewhere and I’m no longer welcome here and when I called them out on the fraudulent act, they said blame the government system that were allowed to do it this way. So in other words, they want to prescribe you a medication that you have to take monthly but only give you one refill so that you have to go back to the doctor every 30 days so that they are able to recharge the system a visit even if you do not actually need to see the doctor because there’s nothing wrong with you, you’re just picking up a standardized prescription. The pharmacist then told me that there’s different doctors on site during different months and each doctor may have a different evaluation and agreed to different prescription prescriptions, Which is pretty much telling you that if I go to this place, my healthcare is going to be inconsistent because depending on the doctor, they will prescribe something different. I repeat never go there. It is a fraudulent Clinic.

Extremely Disappointed This was a complete waste of my time. I received a call from the clinic saying my ER referral was sent to them and that I was covered under OHIP. I clearly explained that I had already started physical therapy at Physiomed Airport using my own benefits. Despite that, they told me to come in on February 12 at 11:30 AM. At the appointment, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. He asked a few basic questions and then told me to continue my previous therapy and only come back if my pain gets worse. There was: • No physical therapy • No treatment • No new medical advice • No clear plan • No value added to my care Why call me in if you are not going to provide any treatment or proper assessment? I am already following medication and therapy. This appointment served no purpose. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this clinic.
