Really professional experience with Blue Sky. Even though I am the one who messed up and booked my pickup at the airport for the wrong time, when I called, they were so helpful and had someone there to pick me up within 5 minutes. I had an outstanding experience with Blue Sky. My friend and I booked a luxury SUV for our trip from San Francisco (SFO) to Napa Valley, including the return trip. The company’s dispatch team and drivers communicated exceptionally well, making the entire process seamless. Booking and modifying our reservation was straightforward and hassle-free. The SUVs were new, spotless, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as bottled water and phone chargers. After a long cross-country flight, the ride was comfortable and relaxing. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

She got us to and from our destinations with the utmost professionalism and also an added delight as she thoughtfully answered some of our questions regarding the area we were going too. After I considered Uber options, but did not want to chance a late evening to random a pick up, Blue Sky was quick to answer and coordinate a last-minute request (within three hrs) with a competitive rate and more importantly- exceptional service! JJ was an excellent driver! He was friendly, communicative, professional and flexible. We had him driving us all over the city and down to Palo Alto multiple times over the course of two days, and he never batted an eyelash. He was also a good and safe driver. He made it easy to relax and not worry about getting to where we needed to go.
