We can't say enough good things about Blue Ox Exteriors, and ESPECIALLY Karl Erickson. Siding and roofing projects can be a big project, and they were literally with us through the entire process without fail. Karl kept us in the loop along the way, helped us work with our insurance company, and fought for us to get the job done right, on time, and exactly the way we wanted it. When things showed up unexpectedly as they do in construction, both Karl and Blue Ox were fair, kind, and understanding with adjustments. We would use them for ANY future project on our house.

Our roofing experience with Blue Ox Exteriors and Karl Erickson (Sales Team Leader/Branch Manager) has been great. Initially the insurance offered a small settlement for the hail damage. All contract requirements were handled in a timely manner. All in all this project was handled with professionalism and excellent customer consideration. I had a fantastic experience with Karl Erickson, a Blue Ox representative, from the moment he first knocked on my door and asked If I would be interested in getting a free estimate to see if I had any hail damage on my roof, siding, gutters, and awnings, I felt very comfortable working with him and trusted him to do a great job on my house...I definitely was not disappointed!!! The house looks beautiful and the work done on the siding in particular completely exceeded my expectations because the crew went above and beyond and made the house look brand new with their skills and professionalism.
