Had a broken ice maker in my refrigerator. I ordered the part online and decided to have it installed instead of trying myself. I left Blue Fox a message via their website. I got a return communication very quickly and got an appointment for the next day. Kristian the co-owner came out to repair. He was very polite and thorough. He installed the new part very quickly. Service call and labor were very reasonable. Would highly recommend their service.

Blue fox is a small mom & pop appliance repair company with big time customer service! Our dryers heating component failed, Kristian quickly diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. Trish called me the same day with the price & said it would be 2 days to get the part in but then volunteered to go get the part personally & our dryer was back up & working the next morning. We will be using Blue Fox for any future repairs, highly recommend!
