Had a broken ice maker in my refrigerator. I ordered the part online and decided to have it installed instead of trying myself. I left Blue Fox a message via their website. I got a return communication very quickly and got an appointment for the next day. Kristian the co-owner came out to repair. He was very polite and thorough. He installed the new part very quickly. Service call and labor were very reasonable. Would highly recommend their service.

Great experience working with Trish & Kristian. Friendly, efficient and thorough in all work done. Diagnosed and explained problem in detail, ensured dryer was repaired properly, and took added steps to advise on avoiding an additional problem down the line. Fair pricing and offered follow up as needed. Strongly recommend, and would work with again if ever needed.
