Installation was smooth and good. Though it took time but they made sure, things are all right. I choose a model initially to buy, but based on my room size they recommended another model which is not only cheaper but a good enough to cool my room. Good brand too. Only once had an minor issue, ac was not working. Service guy came immediately next day and fixed the problem.

Great people. These guys know what they're doing. Their service is excellent, fast and also they take time to educate you. A friend recommended them to me, and am passing this on.

Very Poor after sales service. The AC stopped working after 4 months of purchase. Each is worth 1.2 lakhs. Called them a couple of times to raise a complain. Either they unresponsive or tell will call you in a bit. Just 4 months and the PCB board stopped working. Though it is under warranty still they do not wish to take ounce to it. Don't recommend them for there poor after sales service. Don't go by old reviews cause they are more than a year or 2 old.

Finally some young guys shows how customer service and support should be done. They made choosing the right AC very easy for my flat. And were so professional in fixing the same. The guys are reachable for any concerns you have with AC. Good going guys, keep it up.

They made us to wait for 2 weeks to install 2 AC. I waited 2 weeks because, AC was ordered through them. When we questioned them they send cut n paste templates as reply. Finally I gave project to another service provider, who finished work in 2 hours.

My experience with BLOWAIR is excellent. They gave proper guidence. Installation was perfect. Once I faced a minor issue technicians came within recent time and sort it out. Excellent service. Good luck BlowAir team..
