Blooming Valley Landscape

When I first found this company my yard was in serious disrepair due to years of neglect. After a few weeks of Blooming Valley taking over I could tell a huge difference. Almost 6 months later my backyard looks beautiful again. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for landscape services.

I was so hopeful that this would be our landscaping company - they had such great reviews. Jeff came to the house wrote down all the things I was looking to have done including tree trimming, landscape design and monthly maintenance. He said he would provide me with a quote for all the different items so we could get started on the maintenance soon and after 2 weeks, 3 emails, 2 calls, 3 texts .... crickets. Finally I get an email message from Jeff apologizing that he had other stuff and he was trying to get things together to leave for vacation. Nice! If that is your customer service for your new customers, no thank you. There are too many landscapers that already treat people like this. I would think before going with this company.

I wish my experience was the same as other reviews. Jeff started work on my home in Anthem in July. He partially did the work contracted, several items planted died right away, and while we've contacted him many times to come complete the job, he's had excuses or been entirely non-responsive. I now need to pay someone $7800 to replace the work I paid him to do that wasn't done properly and completed and have dead plants in prominent locations of my yard. Overall this was a terrible experience and incredibly poor communication. Update: Just went to me credit card and saw they ran an authorized charge for the balance of the work he NEVER came to do. Thankfully it was on a credit card and can be disputed. Update: While your response it entirely false, I'm happy to meet with you to discuss. I have documentation YOU personally were contact on 7/14 (text), 7/17 (email), 8/7 (email), 8/17 (email), 8/19 (text), 8/25 (text), and 8/26 (text - indicated we were looking for an alternative solution). Also, have you reviewed your quote. I just paid to have palm trees removed last week that you quoted and charged me for that were not done.

Cannot say enough great things about this company. Jeff and his team were awesome! Fairly priced, shows true passion for the work they perform and great with communication. I know very little about Arizona plants and Jeff helped with recommendations and taught me a thing or two about our plants. They knocked out so much work in a single day and made sure it was perfect before they left. Cant wait to use them again!

Scheduling was a breeze, and the entire team was great to work with. They communicated clearly, responded quickly, and were always polite and professional. The pricing was competitive, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Jeff and team did a great job with my yard. It had become overgrown very quickly. Jeff came out to look at the yard and prepare a quote with 48 hours of my request. I have a handful of landscapers but after Jeff and team finished, my yard never looked better. Bloom Valley will my first call the next time my yard needs a clean up.

Blooming Valley Landscape was absolutely wonderful to work with!! They are now my go to for any projects or maintenance.

Jeff works with his crew on-site and attends to all the details of the job each visit. In addition to doing the basics (trimming plants, cleaning up leaves, etc), Jeff does a great job making sure our irrigation system is set properly for the current temperature , testing it out, and fixing leaks.
