Great purchasing experience with Bloombar - they were communicative, professional, and efficient. My Cartier watch arrived in brilliant condition and was well packaged. They also helped me to resize it, and the result was perfect. The additional items were a lovely surprise too. I would highly recommend them.

My watch was received well packaged and was as described. I did experience an issue with the watch that I thought would have been picked up on initial inspection before sale. However, Bloombar were very attentive to my issue and were quick to sort it out by facilitating the watch to be returned and repaired at Omega. I now have the watch back with me and am very pleased with the purchase. All in all, I would recommend Bloombar without hesitation.

My rado watch has been with the company for almost six months ,and it’s still not repaired or returned. I’ve reached out multiple times and every time i got the same useless replies and no proper update at all they tried to say sorry we’re sorry and that’s it , and no one cares even once all the time just keep telling me ,we ordered some parts of your watch but we haven’t received it sorry madam. I trusted this company and now I regret six months is not a delay its negligence.and done with this kind of unprofessional behaviour. If anyone thinking about buying from Rado brand , think twice its waste of money rubbish quality , please don’t waste your money on this useless products . 👎👎👎

Sam at bloombar has been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, I was very very picky on the watch I wanted right down to which way the Rolex crown had to face, none of this was too much trouble, Sam helped me with different options of the specific model I wanted. I also had a slightly tricky way of financing the watch which again Sam was all to helpful in sorting. I ordered the watch at 3 and it came the following morning at 10! I had got in touch with a few local sellers to me in Dorset who put me down for being fussy on the crown and we’re very ‘snobby’ about my way of financing but wow Sam Bloombar has genuinely been fantastic, I can’t recommend him and bloombar enough. I know they have won me as a long term customer. Thanks again

The watch was exactly as described, if not better. They also offered a super fair price for my 15 year old Cartier Santos in exchange.
