It was extremely overpriced for the quality provided. We tried the couples massage, and the room was very small. Both my husband’s and my own massage were disappointing — even after asking for more pressure, I still didn’t feel any. It honestly felt like she was just applying oil rather than giving an actual massage

Had an awesome massage today, Probably top five I have ever had. The hot stones were so well incorporated throughout and the space is very clean and relaxing

I loved my dip manicure I got here! It lasted 3.5 weeks!(yes I should have gotten them done again sooner but I got busy) but they lasted and looked great! And my natural nails were still healthy when I took the nails off!! And they are very fairly priced!

The attention to detail was what made this experience! You also have access to a sauna and steam room after your message. Highly recommend!

The pedicure is a bit pricey, but they use quality products. They do have a sign posted at the front desk stating a 22% gratuity will be automatically added to services. The main reason I gave a 5 star rating is Nancy, the wonderful person who did my pedicure. I came in on my wedding day needing a last minute pedicure. Nancy was so attentive and knowledgeable with her 35 years of experience. We had a wonderful conversation, and she made me feel so relaxed before my ceremony. We would go back just to say hi to Nancy!

Thank you to the Bloom spa for coming to my family's rescue! I was busy working at a conference at the hotel, and my husband needed some help with recovery after a series of major surgeries and adjusting to altitude. The spa has a wonderful recovery suite, with oxygen and a super comfy recliner. The oxygen treatment allowed him to help maintain proper oxygen levels, relax, take an amazing nap, and get feeling well enough to enjoy the weekend. Allison, the spa manager, is always so kind, professional, and calming. The staff are also all fantastic!

I do not recommend, save your money, and go to one of the other local spas! I paid for a custom body massage for 80 minutes starting at 4:30pm I waited until 4:50 to be seen. They ended me before my 80 minutes she seem to be rushing through the whole process. I did inform the woman at the front desk and she apologized however, I did not. Get asked to speak to a manager anything. I was told a set price and when they swipe my card they automatically gave a 22% tip. I do not appreciate not being told about any hidden fees and not receiving my full time and even after informing the front desk, I did not receive any accommodation after. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. It sounds like everyone is receiving the same service. Bad, hidden fees and rushing.

Was in town for a wedding and Bloom Spa was able to squeeze me in for an eyebrow wax and signature facial. The esthetician was absolutely wonderful and my skin was glowing all weekend despite the cold! Service is top notch and the facility is calming. Give them a try!

The staff at Bloom Spa are very friendly and welcoming! The therapist are true professionals and great at what they do. If you just need to decompress or need some work done after crushing the mountain, this staff will not let you down. True Pro’s!!

Truly poor experience. It started with the staff telling us there were coed steam rooms and saunas before we booked and then arriving to find them in the respective locker rooms. Then of the 5 treatments we received, only 2 met expectations for this type of spa and price point. The facials we're incredibly poor and one of the massages failed to address requested problem-areas. Also, the front desk staff seemed rude and a bit harsh. Would not recommend.
