If you’re looking for someone to not listen to what you actually want and then blame you for the outcome, congratulations—you’ve found your place! I came in with very clear instructions: no orange hair. Apparently, that was too complicated to remember, but funny enough, she didn’t forget to mention that she got a promotion and her prices went up. Priorities, I guess?
After completely messing up my color, instead of owning it like a professional, she decided to talk about me behind my back—to the shop owner—who also happens to be her soon-to-be mother-in-law. Ah yes, nepotism with a curling iron. She blamed me for the color disaster instead of admitting she just doesn’t listen (which, based on my experience and the look on my head, is clearly a pattern).
Worst customer experience ever. If you enjoy being overcharged for results you didn’t ask for and then gossiped about two chairs over, this is your place. If not, run.
