My first time at Bloom Salon "I had an amazing haircut with Erica this morning . From the moment I sat down, she listened carefully to my ideas and asked thoughtful questions about my hair type and styling routine. Her technical skill was incredible; she had such a precise and confident way of cutting. She was able to create the exact shape I was envisioning a modern Lob and the cut is technically perfect. As someone who has what many stylists refer to simply as "difficult hair" it can be incredibly hard to find a salon with stylists who will actually take the extra time it requires to achieve the results I'm looking for. That said, I can't even count the number of salons I've visited throughout Tucson, most of which, fell short and often left me feeling discouraged. However, after having gone to Bloom just two times, I can't say how happy I am to have found this place and my amazing stylist, Chris. From the moment I walked into the front door, I was treated as a unique individual who has differing needs and goals. The salon itself is beautiful and clean and the waiting area is comfortable, (especially when sipping one of their refreshing beverages). Once I was seated in the stylist's chair, Chris made sure to ask further questions about what I was looking for and made sure to pay attention to every last detail. Everything from the service to the amazing results was absolutely incredible and I've already received quite a few compliments on my new hairstyle. In a market that is so saturated by salons and beauty parlors yes, you can definitely find somewhere cheaper than Bloom but I have to refer to the saying "You get what you pay for" and this place delivers quality and consistency that is more than worth the money. I have for sure, found my new permanent salon.

A few years ago we visited Bloom in search for some help with my daughter’s very curly hair and the damage she had done due to flat ironing. Erika, the owner was so wonderful in helping educate my daughters on good hair products and techniques. We continued visiting the salon for cuts and blowouts. Yesterday, we visited to get highlights and a cut. We were blessed with Nadia as her stylist and she was incredible as well! We are loving our experiences at Bloom! It’s a beautiful salon with super friendly staff, great beverages and great ambiance.

I got a custom facial with Sydney and she did a great job! Very relaxing and the ambiance was just wonderful! She was very thorough when talking about my skin and my concerns. The massage part was my favorite. She has also been doing my eyelash extensions and they look and last great! I’ll definitely be going back to see Sydney!

I just had a hydrating facial at Bloom with Sydney, and it was exactly what my skin needed! The atmosphere was super relaxing and the staff very welcoming! My skin has been feeling very dry lately, and after this facial, it feels SO much better. The products she used were super gentle and moisturizing, and the face massage was honestly the best part — I almost fell asleep. Afterward, my skin looked glowy and felt super soft, not tight or greasy like I’ve had with some other facials. Definitely recommend if your skin’s feeling dry or dull. I’ll totally be booking with Sydney again!

Tried Bloom Salon and Spa today for the first time- Ambiance and staff on point- I had scheduled both a facial and a lash fill with Sydney- Atmosphere of spa- wonderful, product has a nice scent but nothing overpowering.- Lashes looked amazing. Already booked a follow up facial and lash fill!

I happened to be visiting Tucson from Florida. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, clean and professional. I had the privilege of Cozy (yes, her name is Cozy.. so cute!) styling my hair. Not only did she make me feel like royalty, I could tell that she had a real passion for satisfying her client which directly correlated with her immense knowledge of her trade. She gave me some very much needed advice for my hair type, I’m 36 and my hair has NEVER been this amazing! The style came out better than I could’ve imagined!! Cozy is very personable, you would never guess her age as she has quite the head on her shoulders, wise beyond her years. I also got to meet the owner, she was very genuine and professional. Honestly.. I felt like I could’ve just hung out there all day and soaked in the great vibes!! I don’t leave reviews.. hardly ever, but I couldn’t not share my experience that I had at Bloom Salon. It’s already a fond memory!!

Wonderful Hydrating facial and Derma plane with Sydney! The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. My skin was in need of desperate help in this desert climate. Sydney was wonderful and so gentle. My skin was glowing when I left! Definitely recommend!! I will be making another appointment soon!

I called for a color correction and they were able to get me in the same day, just a few hours later. The vibe was classy and relaxed, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ll definitely be returning.

⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re looking for someone to not listen to what you actually want and then blame you for the outcome, congratulations—you’ve found your place! I came in with very clear instructions: no orange hair. Apparently, that was too complicated to remember, but funny enough, she didn’t forget to mention that she got a promotion and her prices went up. Priorities, I guess? After completely messing up my color, instead of owning it like a professional, she decided to talk about me behind my back—to the shop owner—who also happens to be her soon-to-be mother-in-law. Ah yes, nepotism with a curling iron. She blamed me for the color disaster instead of admitting she just doesn’t listen (which, based on my experience and the look on my head, is clearly a pattern). Worst customer experience ever. If you enjoy being overcharged for results you didn’t ask for and then gossiped about two chairs over, this is your place. If not, run. Now this should give you ladies something to talk about! ✌️
