I had a great experience at Bloom salon. I initially booked for the trichologist and she didn’t disappoint. She was thorough with her advice but also understanding of what will be realistic for me according to my preference and hair goals. Then my hair was braided by Happiness. She was very quick & neat, some braids were too tight so she adjusted her grip to ensure my scalp was fine. Great experience all round I will definitely be back.

I had been looking for a salon to get Microlinks installed. After hailed attempts with Sari where my hair was damaged I finally found bloom. It’s a lovely salon in Ikoyi with a really nice vibe. Esther installed my Itips for me and she was very thorough. It took her 5 hours 😞, I was exhausted but I was happy with my hair. See for yourself Oh they also have a very cool shampoo station chair that extends out into a full bed! I almost slept off when I was washing and steaming my hair. The experience was 💯

I used the Curessa hair growth serum purchased from this salon last year. After a few weeks of use, I began experiencing scalp issues, including dandruff that I did not have before, along with noticeable hair shedding. I have been natural for 8 years with a previously healthy scalp and did not expect this reaction. Over time, the changes to my hair and scalp became severe enough that I decided to cut my hair very short. This was a very distressing experience for me, and I would advise others to proceed with caution and do thorough research before using this product.

I was really disappointed with both the hair and nail service. The manicure chipped after just 24 hours, and my hair was left damaged even though I asked for something simple. The braids were uneven, the process took forever, and they added a treatment without even mentioning it. I only found out when paying. Honestly, I’ve never seen a salon use a measuring tape to charge by hair length. Maybe it works better for natural hair, but otherwise, it’s definitely not worth the price.

Just had my hair relaxed here and it's smoother than a freshly polished time machine! The stylist was amazing, and my hair feels fantastic. Total relaxation and top-notch results. Highly recommend for a quantum leap in hair care!
