These folks were nothing short of amazing when it came to customer service and responsiveness during a highly stressful situation. My young adult son was broken down in the area but several hundred miles from home. The crew at Bloodline made sure he was well taken care of and safely transported to a garage hours away. Israel very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He gave me very accurate time frame without an excessively large time frame window. Truck wouldn’t start and nobody at home would pick up the phone. Mr. Rodriguez was quick and prompt and had me running in 15 minutes after arriving. Walked me through the issue and a solution going forward. Couldn’t have asked for more on a late night.
