A Minyama customer called us after battling a blocked kitchen sink for days. Theyβd already tried all the usual DIY tricks β bicarb soda, vinegar, Drano, and every product from Bunnings β but nothing worked.
We provided a fixed-price quote to clear the kitchen waste, which was completely full of grease. That fixed-price quote ended up saving them hundreds (if not thousands), because the job turned into an eight-hour mission once we discovered that access from the kitchen was limited.
To get it sorted, we hand-dug a hole in the front yard, exposed the main sewer line, and installed a new inspection opening so we could clear the drain properly from that new access point.
