Hello Hunny Bees!! 🌻🐝 👑 💛💕It's your girl Hunny back with a review of another local small business. I Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a beautiful young lady. She offered me a beverage ($5). The bathroom is clean and smells good. I sat in the waiting room it is beautiful very nice. The music is on point. The place is a vibe. There is plenty of parking it's a little tight but it works. My wax technician is Mia and she was so good!! Professional, pleasant and great conversations. I've been here about 4 times so far and this is now my permanent spot. Check them out and tell them your girl Hunny sent you 💕

I have been there now three times and each time was a great experience. I go to Jaimy and I get my full face,eyebrows,Underarms, and full brazilian. She is great each time. I am very specific with my eyebrows and she always listens and executes them. About the shop, it is very clean and nice vibes. Always playing great music even at 9am. They also offer wine for $5 to help you relax while dealing with the pain lol. The young lady at the front desk is alway friendly.

I had such a fun time at BWB’s body butter-making class! We went for my friend’s birthday and the whole experience was hands-on, creative, and super relaxing. The owner, Kaela, was amazing—so knowledgeable and made everything easy and fun. The space was welcoming and had such a good vibe, which made the process even better. I loved getting to mix my own custom scent and ending up with a super velvety body butter that felt so luxurious. I left feeling accomplished and excited to use something I made myself. If you’re looking for a unique self-care experience or a fun activity with friends, I highly recommend it!

Came to Blk Wax Bar for a birthday party to make body butters and had the best time! Kaela had great energy and was very knowledgeable and professional. The body butter was excellent quality. Definitely coming back to visit!

I am a regular at BLK WAX BAR, and I am happy to call it my wax home. When I moved back to the area, I wanted to find a black-owned business to support. Everyone there is friendly, and I love talking to Tahylor during every session I have with her. She is friendly, efficient, and thorough. I couldn’t ask for more!

I am so impressed by the service and care I receive from the Blk Wax Bar. The estheticians are always well informed and personal. They have always done an expert job in my wax, whether it’s been 4 months or just one. I’m always impressed how little pain o feel. I’ve gotten my face waxed and my brow. This is a great full service place with exquisite care!

One word “Jade” she is amazing. Visited The Blk Wax Bar for the first time today, I can honestly say it will not be my last, already booked for my second visit. Jade is very professional, we laughed and talked she made me feel comfortable, after all getting a Brazilian can be awkward but not with Jade. The ambiance of the salon is very welcoming, everyone was super friendly. Definitely a plus that it is a black owned business, sorry EWC I will not be coming back The Blk Wax Bar is where it’s at. Gotta support my black Queens! If you haven’t been you’re missing out. They offer a variety of services and products. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

So happy I found this place! Clean, professional, kind and for the community! So number one they do an awesome job- I get sugaring done and it has been difficult finding a consistent good service provider for this! They do real deal sugaring (with strips method) and do an awesome job. They are also always so nice and accommodating, they actually put you- the customer first- and accommodate you as much as possible. The spot is nicely decorated and always clean. I have seen the owner on several occasions host/provide things to customers, her staff and the community out of the kindness and appreciation of her heart ! (I don’t even go looking for this but just have been blessed to be around while she was blessing others). I’m thoroughly impressed and pray for all the success and best for this company. I pray they continue to keep up the awesome heartfelt, customer & community first service while gaining all the success in the world!

My girl Amber always gets me right! I’m her crazy client who’s always late but she’s always so real and professional regardless. Love her!!! She does her thing with hard wax and the sugar. Sugar has always been so painful to me but with her I don’t know unless she tells me. She’s really good at what she does!!

Khadijah was amazing! I visited a couple weeks ago for a Brazilian bikini wax. She was very meticulous but gentle. The vegan wax was less painful than other waxes I've used. She was very professional and super friendly! I'll definitely be going back!
