I can’t express how much I love this place. It’s become my home away from home, and I genuinely miss being there! Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend Bliss. I took my tour at 5 weeks and even though I had tours scheduled at other birth centers, I cancelled them and booked my initial appointment at Bliss. My husband was nervous about not having our son in a hospital, but Trish and everyone else there made him feel very comfortable and reassured that both our baby and I would be safe and healthy, and if it wasn’t going to be safe, they would take appropriate action. We absolutely loved the prenatal group classes! We got to know other parents and learn so much about pregnancy, birth, and becoming parents. My birth was fairly eventful and quick, but Pamela was rock and calm presence during the whole time (4 hours lol) I was in labor. Both Trish and Pamela are absolutely amazing midwives and I couldn’t have done it without their support and guidance. I still had some pain after birth (10 weeks) and Trish was happy to check me and identified the granular tissue that showed up after my 6 week check. All of the staff there go above and beyond for their pregnant and postpartum mommas! If you’re looking for a place where they truly get to know you, they truly care about you and your baby, they teach you about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and practice ACTUAL informed consent… this is the perfect place 🤍

It’s hard to put into words how AMAZING Bliss is! You are greeted with the warmest smiles. Trish and Pamela are the best midwives around! You never have to worry when you are being care for by the Bliss team! Everyone is eager to help, share all they can, and love on you endlessly. When I first walked in, 6 weeks pregnant with my first child, I was nervous and scared. Trish immediately hugged me and welcomed me in. She was so patient and so kind, answering all my questions and questions I didn’t even know I had. I had regular appointments with Trish and her team throughout my pregnancy. They offer group prenatal meetings, where you get to meet other expecting mothers that are due around the same time. It’s so nice to have a community to discuss all the wild things you go through during pregnancy. Giving birth here is peaceful and easy with these women by your side.

This review has been long overdue!! When I found out I was pregnant with my son, a whirlwind of emotions hit me. I felt overwhelmed and excited all at the same time. I was also scared. Was I going to be a good mom? Would I have enough money to pay for the birth? Is the baby okay? So many thoughts ran through my head. I called several Obgyn offices, and the out-of-pocket price for an initial consultation was much more than I could afford. I also did not like the idea of having my baby at a hospital. I felt hopeless—until my sister recommended that I give Bliss a call. From the second I spoke with Bliss over the phone to set up my first visit, I knew I was going to be in good hands. During my initial visit, I felt a sense of calmness wash over for the first time since I found out I was pregnant. When you walk through the front doors of Bliss, there’s an immediate energy of warmness and comfort—it’s like you just feel safe there. Trish sat with me for probably a hour and answered all of my questions. I remember leaving that consultation feeling like I could really do this thing and that everything was going to be okay. I was excited to have my baby at Bliss and I knew I could trust Trish to help me bring my son into the world. I did not have the easiest pregnancy and experienced complications throughout. At one point, I thought I had lost my son. I also was stuck at an extremely toxic job that overworked me and negatively impacted my mental health. Trish and her team were with me every second of the way. They were extremely responsive and readily available. I’m not sure how I could have made it through that difficult time without their support. I felt seen, heard, and most importantly, SAFE. I am honored to say that my son was born at Bliss. Trish and her team are genuinely such beautiful people at heart and care for each and every one of their patients as if they are family. Thank you so much Bliss for everything you have done for my family and I!

I actually came here for a well woman’s check up with a PAP smear and Blood work. I was having some issues (bleeding heavily and clotting) when I should have been ovulating. I do not have insurance. I heard about this place from a friend. I have to say in all honesty——I am 42 years old and this experience was the best I have ever had!!!!!! When I arrived I was greeted by the cat who they call Birth-a🤪🤪🤪 she’s a stray little kitty whom took up residence there. (Check out the first pic, she is standing in the lower left) She let me pet her then proceeded to paw the window around the door to get more love. Omg adorable. When I entered the place I felt peace, love and oh my gosh I thought I need the name of their interior decorator. (By the way it’s the midwife and owner Trish). Can do my Pap smear AND she’s an interior decorator?? Score I will have the prettiest Pap ever haha! Jaclyn checked me in and was so helpful and sweet, she also made my next appointments afterwards, answering all of my questions patiently because I had a lot. I noticed there were deer running along the fence with three dogs around the pool in the back yard!! I was invited to look around while I waited and I snapped some photos. This place is POSH. Wow almost made me want to have a baby right there..ok almost….🧐 I had a wonderful visit with Trish who had an amazing comforting and warm bedside manner. It felt like we were friends. She’s just that good. She must have talked with me for 1/2 an hour about my pregnancy histories; my family history with fibroids etc. She did an ultrasound and Pap. I had the blood work done..will get a free follow up phone call next week. This place for cash was priced much better than Memorial Herman for sure WAY lower. I am so excited to have found a gem here for all of my female needs. Thank you all you are so lovely!!! Everyone with any doubts please check this place out. You will fall In LOVE

I was blessed to have my third baby at Bliss and I have never felt so loved, supported and cared for in a pregnancy. Trish and her team are just incredible! They really empower you, listen to you and encourage you every step of the way. The group prenatal format is so great and unique! I loved the community and getting to bond with ladies going through the same stages of pregnancy as me. I sincerely loved every second of my time with Bliss and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about the Bliss staff and Trish, the owner and lead midwife. I had a seamless pregnancy up until 38 weeks, where I then developed preeclampsia. The way Trish handled my unique circumstance was unbelievably loving, compassionate and most importantly cautious. She arranged for me to see a high risk specialist for a second opinion and after all the things we tried in order to manage it, I ended up having to deliver in the hospital. I feel I was given every possible chance to deliver at Bliss but the health of myself and my baby was Trish’s #1 top priority and I will forever be grateful for the time and care Trish gave me. She is so knowledgeable and I felt like I had so much support throughout my whole pregnancy. After I delivered at the hospital I had some trouble breastfeeding and Trish and Mayte (another midwife) were eager to help me as much as I needed. Trish genuinely cares about her patients and you will feel that. If you are looking to deliver somewhere where they respect your concerns and your decisions, Bliss is the place to go. I will definitely be back for baby #2. :)

Trish and the staff at Bliss are the absolute best. I had my first baby here and will forever be appreciative of how well I was taken care of during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Post delivery my son had to be transferred to the hospital for extra care. Trish did a wonderful job of treating him to the extent that she was able to before ultimately making the decision that he needed extra care in the nicu. It was a scary time for us as first time parents and I am so grateful to Trish and Shannon for how kind and reassuring they were throughout the situation. My husband and son went by ambulance and Trish literally drove me to the hospital to meet them - Trish and her staff always go above and beyond and you simply won’t find that level of care anywhere else!

One of the absolute best experiences of my entire life so far. From the moment we stepped into Bliss, I knew I wanted to have my second baby there. Having birthed my first in a hospital , I knew I wanted a different atmosphere for my second birth and I got everything I wanted and more at Bliss. Trish is the best midwife ever. She is understanding, kind and helpful. She respects your wishes and does everything she can to make you feel confident, in control and heard. The group prenatal appointments are phenomenal! You can connect with other moms who are in the same stage of pregnancy as you and this makes a world of difference when you’re feeling emotional and just want to talk to someone who understands. I encourage any and all moms who want real prenatal care to call and make an appointment to see the grounds because it is a beautiful and tranquil birthing center and you will absolutely fall in love with everyone who works there and the birthing rooms. Thank you Trish and everyone else for giving me a profound birthing experience that I will cherish forever.

This place truly is indeed five stars! Skip the moneygrubbing OB office if natural birth has been an important priority to you with your first newborn! Trish and her staff make you feel very welcome from the beginning. Even though her birth center is getting busier, no appointments with Trish and her staff are rushed! They take their time going over your lab results with you, answer any new birth and pregnancy questions you might have at each visit, and actually tell you not only what tests and what’s going to happen in the next appointment, but also explain to you why she’s running these tests on you. I would have another baby with Trish and her staff! I didn’t make it to the birth center with my newborn so I had to call Trish to guide us on the next steps after baby came out. And, she rushed over here with her and her team! I interrupted this woman’s breakfast 😂. It was seriously the best concierge care ever. They were here from 9 am to 3 pm. Trish cut the cord, they helped us dispose of the placenta, her staff cleaned up our crime scene of a bathroom and also got every bloodied rags into the laundry and run it for us, vitals were taken of me and the baby multiple times during the day, they gave baby the necessary vitamin k shot, did all the standard evaluations on a baby that a doctor would do, Trish sutured me up and there’s no one I trust more to do this than her years of expertise as a hospital nurse in the beginning of her career, and the ladies gave me and baby a nice relaxing herbal tea bath. My baby was also born on the smaller side of around 5 lbs so Trish wanted to keep extra close monitoring on her. Her staff member came to the house the day after birth to give baby the state’s standard metabolic test for newborns and also weigh baby again. My newborn lost an alarming 7.5% of the maximum 10% from original birth weight in 24 hrs. So on the second day of birth, Trish sends her staff member again to check up on me and baby and also brings donated breast milk. The poor lady, I do not know how long she waited outside our house for since my husband had gone to the airport to pickup my parents and I accidentally fell into a deep nap/sleep so I didn’t hear her text messages that she got to our house not was I expecting her to show up again. Trish and her staff are way better than any doctors that just see you for five seconds and sends you a highly inflated bill for the inattentiveness.
