I had the most incredible experience at Bliss and honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just feels calm and comforting. Everyone — from the front desk to the birth assistants to the midwives — is so kind, caring, and welcoming. The midwives were amazing through every part of my journey. They were there for all my late-night questions (and even a few postpartum panic moments) with so much patience and understanding. They never made me feel alone or like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me, too, was how loving they were of my older child. They made him feel included and comfortable, which made the whole experience even more special for our family. I felt supported, safe, and truly cared for every step of the way. Choosing Bliss was the best decision I could have made for myself and my baby. My only critique is that some of the staff uses terms like “birth person” and “chest feeding.” I personally prefer to be called a woman/mother. That said, it didn’t take away from how incredible the care and support were throughout my experience.

As a first time Mom, I know I made the right choice choosing Bliss Birth Center. I don’t think I could have gotten anything better than what I have experienced. Me and my husband enjoyed the group prenatal visits which were highly educational and allowed us to interact with other couples whose babies were due the same month as ours. Having community and knowing what I was going through was normal and I wasn’t alone helped me get through my pregnancy. Birth boot camp led by Shannon was also excellent and me and my husband felt very prepared to get me through my labor / birth. All the staff are compassionate, attentive, and just overall lovely people with a passion for caring for women throughout their pregnancies / postpartum phase of their lives. I felt very safe and cared for during labor / birth and I feel cared for now currently during the postpartum period. So grateful to Pamela, Trish, and the rest of the team for making one of the hardest times of my life (in a good way) the most comfortable I think it could be.

Mom of two Bliss babies here. Trish is everything we had ever hoped to find in a midwife when we set out to find one with our first. She has all the experience, knowledge, and passion you could ever want in someone supporting such an important time in your family's life. She's also just a fun, warm, wonderful person and she has surrounded herself with an exceptional team. After coming to Bliss for several years now and having had two radically different births, all we know is gratitude for these beautiful and healthy babies, the incredible quality of care we recieved, and the many stories we share. We definitely recommend and would do it again.

I cannot recommend Bliss Birth Center enough! The midwives, Trish, Pamala, and the entire staff are truly incredible. They are compassionate, attentive, and deeply committed to supporting you through every step of your journey. The care I received at Bliss was everything I hoped for and more. It was personal, empowering, and grounded in trust. This is the kind of care I wish every mother could experience. Thank you, Bliss, for creating such a supportive space for birth!

I had the most incredible experience at Bliss. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt supported, safe, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff from the midwives and nurses to the front desk team went above and beyond to make sure both baby and I were comfortable and well taken care of. Every step of the process felt personalized and empowering. The calm and cozy environment made such a difference, especially during labor. I was never rushed or pressured just gently guided with encouragement and compassion. They truly respected my birth plan and helped me feel strong and in control. Postpartum care was just as amazing. They checked on us frequently, answered every question with patience, and treated us like family. I left feeling confident and cared for, with memories I’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters and your experience is honored, I can’t recommend Bliss enough. They made the most important day of our lives feel magical.

We just had our first baby here at Bliss last week and it was nothing short of amazing! Through the journey of bring pregnant we were supported, cared for and felt confident in each person that was looking after us. They also offer so much guidance and wisdom through the group appointments and Birthing Bootcamp (shoutout to Shannon!) that me and my husband felt so much more equipped to be able to do this together and be successful! Through birth, we received the best care in the world from midwives to birthing assistants! Words can’t describe how much this place and these people have made an impact on us and our story! I can’t imagine birthing anywhere else! 🤍

Like many, I feel Trish overbooks and is more concerned with growing the practice than she is the care of each baby and mom, like she claims. When I came in during active labor - mind you my water broke the night before I was even allowed to come in- she began filling my head with insecurity and doubt as my contractions were severely painful already only to tell me I was barely at a 6 and that I wouldn’t make it if I’m in this much pain already. WHAT? That’s completely unacceptable to tell a mom in labor this, isn’t that what you said in the classes? And then she sends me off to get food because she was stressed and overbooked, again this is completely unacceptable. During my labor she was not ever present only the massage therapist was there (regardless of what else is going on- this is not ok) and Trish was only there to catch the baby. The worst part was after baby came 3 weeks early and with the stress from labor being early among other things, I was not able to produce milk. But Trish and her practice kept pressuring me against supplementing with formula which is complete fine and necessary for some babies! This ended up causing jaundice in my baby at 7 days old he was admitted to the NICU via the ER but the whole time (up till day 7) I had kept in contact with Trish and her practice even coming in daily for weight checks and help with breastfeeding. This whole time she lied about him gaining weight and about me being able to produce enough milk for him. To fill a first time moms head with lies about formula being the worst thing you can do for your baby (being told this multiple times especially at birth boot camp) when they’re in vulnerable states already is so unprofessional and gross! It makes me livid that I waited so long to say something but I’m only sharing after hearing my friends birth story at bliss with Trish which was the exact same with her baby also not get enough milk also being early and then ending up in NICU. Time to stop the mom shaming about formula and admit that you are just trying to mom shame other moms who cannot do what you say every woman is supposed to be able to do. Also to make matters worse she tries to bribe you with free placenta encapsulations as a way to “make it up to you”. Sick.

I actually came here for a well woman’s check up with a PAP smear and Blood work. I was having some issues (bleeding heavily and clotting) when I should have been ovulating. I do not have insurance. I heard about this place from a friend. I have to say in all honesty——I am 42 years old and this experience was the best I have ever had!!!!!! When I arrived I was greeted by the cat who they call Birth-a🤪🤪🤪 she’s a stray little kitty whom took up residence there. (Check out the first pic, she is standing in the lower left) She let me pet her then proceeded to paw the window around the door to get more love. Omg adorable. When I entered the place I felt peace, love and oh my gosh I thought I need the name of their interior decorator. (By the way it’s the midwife and owner Trish). Can do my Pap smear AND she’s an interior decorator?? Score I will have the prettiest Pap ever haha! Jaclyn checked me in and was so helpful and sweet, she also made my next appointments afterwards, answering all of my questions patiently because I had a lot. I noticed there were deer running along the fence with three dogs around the pool in the back yard!! I was invited to look around while I waited and I snapped some photos. This place is POSH. Wow almost made me want to have a baby right there..ok almost….🧐 I had a wonderful visit with Trish who had an amazing comforting and warm bedside manner. It felt like we were friends. She’s just that good. She must have talked with me for 1/2 an hour about my pregnancy histories; my family history with fibroids etc. She did an ultrasound and Pap. I had the blood work done..will get a free follow up phone call next week. This place for cash was priced much better than Memorial Herman for sure WAY lower. I am so excited to have found a gem here for all of my female needs. Thank you all you are so lovely!!! Everyone with any doubts please check this place out. You will fall In LOVE
