Broke down on the 170 right between the freeway and an offramp. 511 called it an emergency. 911 didnt have service running. My insurance couldn't send anyone, and my car manufacturer sent someone who never called and just quiety closed the ticket. Bliss came through, way ahead of the time the dispatch quoted and with a nice comfy truck to relax in. The driver was a saint, and instead of dropping me and my car off at a dealer that *maybe* would look at it in the morning, directed me towards a late-night tire shop that could take care of the problem. He even stayed with me until the shop verified that they had a compatible tire. If only I had known to call Bliss first, I would have been home in time for dinner! Very thankful for their service and care!!
