Dave and Nelson supplied and installed window coverings and power roller blinds for our new home build. We couldn't be happier with the quality of products and installation! We couldn't be more impressed with the service from Blinds Plus Kelowna. The blinds we ordered for our lake-facing windows made a huge difference in cooling our living/dining rooms, as well as filtering the intense sun reflection off the water in the afternoon. Once installed, we wondered why we didn't do it sooner. Upon installation, our installer noticed a tiny flaw with one of the blinds and proactively pointed it out. Then the company followed up to replace it and ensured we were entirely happy. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this vendor again.

Dave has been our go to blind guy for at least 15 years. He continues to impress us with his commitment to service and quality. As a bonus, he is a great human.

Our experience with Blinds Plus was flawless from start to finish. Karen, who came to talk to us about the type of blinds we would like, and who took very accurate measurements, was delightful to work with, professional and very informative. Nelson, who came to install the blinds, was efficient, careful and knowledgeable and was very respectful about cleaning up. We had a slight problem with one of our blinds and it was dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered blinds from Blinds Plus and again we received the best service. Dustin returned my call so quickly and was really helpful picking out the best options for our windows. We showed him an issue we had with a blind we purchased a few years ago and he said that any issues could be fixed when we installed our new blinds. The installation was so fast and the fixes for existing blinds were all looked after. It couldn't have gone smoother.

I just had my Dual Blinds installed into our new home in Quail Landing and wanted to thank Dustin for the amazing customer service. Also, to Steve for the quick installation and friendly service. The Silver Dollar colour was spot on and look so modern and sleek. Of course needless to say we love the motorized blinds too! Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

It was very nice of Brenda to drive out to Keremeos to give us a quote for our park model, even though the price was a little high, we liked what we got. Nelson the installer was very good at installing the blinds and going over the operation of the power aspect of the blinds, charging etc. All in all, we are very happy with the quality and operation of the blinds, we are no longer in a fish bowl, lol. Would definitely recommend the Blinds plus team.

This is the second time we have chosen Blinds Plus. We had roller shades installed at our home over a year ago & then today in our RV. On both occasions we received excellent service both from sales & installation! Brenda took her time to make sure we were happy with styles & colours. Ricardo installed them flawlessly & they look amazing! Highly recommend Blinds Plus & wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again should a need arise. September 2023 one of our RV roller blinds broke. I contacted Nelson via Brenda & he met us in Kelowna & fixed the blind in 30 seconds, plus gave us an extra part. Very impressed with this company. Service is top notch!

I bought my blinds through Brenda in Penticton. She was very friendly and came and did a consultation for me. My situation was unusual as my house was needing to be painted and I was unsure of the colors my walls and trim were going to be. Brenda suggested a neutral color that would go with anything. She was very helpful. The company also stored my blinds for me and waited to do my installation until my house was painted which in my opinion went above and beyond. I absolutely love my blinds and color looks fantastic with the colors I chose for my home.
