We got three large rugs cleaned and every single person, and Caesar, and everyone I spoke with was behind kind and informative. The guys also help a ton when dropping off! They take your rugs away and bring them back better than can be imagined. Their method takes longer then the in-house methods but VERY worth that process difference. My rugs are clean, bright free of any cleaning smells. I have allergies so this is a huge plus. A company of great integrity.
