**Blast Away Pressure Washing – Gold & Platinum Maintenance Package Terms** 1. **Eligibility & Service Area** - Packages are available for residential properties within Blast Away Pressure Washing’s standard service area (greater Charlotte/Concord region). - Properties outside this area may incur a travel surcharge or may be ineligible. 2. **Annual Service Commitment** - “Yearly service” means at least one full Gold or Platinum package service completed every 12 months. - Skipping a year, rescheduling beyond 14 months, or downgrading to a lower package voids all loyalty discounts and price‑lock benefits. 3. **Price‑Lock Guarantee** - While enrolled and current on yearly service, the base package price quoted at signup will not increase due to changes in chemical, fuel, or supply costs. - Price‑lock does not apply to add‑on services requested later, excessive neglect (e.g., heavy restoration, paint removal), or significant property changes (additions, extra structures). 4. **Loyalty Discounts** - Gold Package: 10% discount applied to each yearly Gold service while enrolled. - Platinum Package: 15% discount applied to each yearly Platinum service while enrolled. - Discounts apply to labor and standard materials only and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions unless specifically stated in writing. 5. **Referral / Recommendation Discounts** - A “qualified referral” is a new customer who mentions your name at booking and completes a paid job of equal or greater value than your most recent package. - Gold customers receive 5% off one future service per qualified referral; Platinum customers receive 10% off one future service per qualified referral. - Multiple referral discounts may be stacked up to a maximum of 25% off a single future service unless otherwise agreed. - Referral discounts have no cash value and must be used within 12 months of being earned. 6. **Scheduling, Cancellations & Access** - Customer must provide safe access to water spigots, electrical outlets (if needed), and all areas to be cleaned. - Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of any deposit. - Weather or safety‑related postponements are at Blast Away’s discretion and do not affect eligibility. 7. **Scope of Work & Exclusions** - Packages include only the services listed in the current Gold or Platinum description at time of booking. - Heavy oil stains, rust, efflorescence, graffiti, failing paint, or structural repairs are not included and may require a separate quote. - Blast Away is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or faulty gutters, caulking, or siding revealed during cleaning. 8. **Payment Terms** - Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in loss of discounts, cancellation of future appointments, and termination of the price‑lock guarantee. 9. **Modification or Termination of Program** - Blast Away Pressure Washing may modify or discontinue the Gold/Platinum loyalty program at any time; however, active customers with confirmed future bookings will retain their quoted rate and discounts for those scheduled services. - Any changes will be posted on company communications and will not retroactively affect services already completed and paid. 10. **Acceptance of Terms** - By booking a Gold or Platinum Maintenance Package and/or enrolling in yearly service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
