We had to find someone to do the yearly maintenance on my Mom’s generator since the guy who used to maintain it does not do it anymore. A friend recommended Blakney Electric. They came out within a day or two. The technician that came by was Travis,and my Mom could not be happier with the service she received. She said Travis was so patient and professional. He answered all my mom‘s questions with a smile. Mom said He was an absolute delight. He even took the time to clean the generator. It truly is nice to know there are still companies out there that put their Customer service as a top priority.
