If I could give these guys a -10 I would. Would be tempted to contact BBB on them. Had a 2008 Mitsubishi Delica. It went and I kid you not, to these guys 4 times in 6 months. They would screw around and not reply to my calls, tell me it will be ready then not contact me for a week or two. It was too the point I had to chase them to fix my vehicle that was UNDER WARRANTY from them. They argued with me that issues stemmed from Engine however, low and behold it was a transmission issue. If you buy a import these are the last guys you want to take it too. You would be better served to watch youtube videos and fix it yourself. I owned my vehicle for about 9-10 months and it was at their shop for probably 4-5 of those months. It got to the point that they could never fix the issue and would delay and argue that I ultimately had to sell the vehicle, as even though I had a 1 year warranty it was never going to be properly fixed by them. I lost $11k due to these guys. GO ELSEWHERE.

I would like to rate Blackewlls as I really want to have transmission fluid changed on truck I just bought. Was going to take to dealer but a friend highly recommended Blackwell. I call and try to book an appointment and get told "call you back " done this 2x never get call back . Wish they would just say no if they don't want to do it. Oh well moving on.

We were told to come here from my friend and we are certainly glad that he enlightened us about this transmission repair shop. We take our fleet of vans and trucks all here for transmission repairs from now on as it is almost 60% less than any other transmission shop that we have been at before . Straightforward honest people and quality work that is guaranteed.

Brad and his crew have been in the transmission business for many years. I’ve had transmissions from 2 of my service trucks and my personal truck rebuilt from them over the years and I’ve had no issues or failures and they all shift great. Also, their prices were very competitive.

Used Rockwell for 5 trannys. Always been happy, they give awesome deals and the life of the tranny has ways outlived the vehicle whether I sold it or wrote it off. Had an issue once and they were very quick to fix it and make it right, paid for the tow and everything. Very very happy.

I was referred here by a friend and sure glad. The cost was less than half of what I was quoted from two other shops for the same work performed . They were fast and also facilitated the extended warranty work with no hoops to through . I was relieved and more than happy.

Worst customer service experience ever! Keith is who I dealt with. Transmission went bad in my Acura and I was told mycar would be ready to go within one week. 2 weeks went by and I called to inquire about why it was taking so long. Keith kept telling me that the torque converter had a special code and it was being shipped in from California because it was not available here. I called another transmission shop in Surrey and the owner laughed when I told him about the Torque Converter coming in from California. I wanted to get my car out of there but I lived in Abbotsford and they already had my car apart so I was stuck. 3 weeks later I get a call saying my car is ready, when I go to pick it up the VSA traction control light is on and the low air TPMS light is on. 3 out of 4 tires were low on air. I called Keith and told him the traction control light was on and he told me that it was not caused by them. I told him my car did not have this problem when I dropped it off. He refused to fix it, I then told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and that’s when he told me to bring the car in and they hooked up a computer and were able to turn the VSA light off. I waited sometime to write this review but hopefully it will save someone else the headache.

Extremely poor customer service. Gave shop two weeks notice before dropping off vehicle, took them a week to even look at it. Horrible diagnosis of issue, claimed they ruined my transmission so they would not have to do the work. Lack of honesty and respect. Do not take your vehicle there unless you enjoy getting beat around the bush.
