Blackwater Services - Septic System Service

Zeb and his company have been great to work with. I originally called about locating septic pipes and he was up front and honest in his communications - he doesn't just say yes to things to make a quick buck. We later had an alarm go off on our tank and Blackwater was the first company that came to mind. He and his team were out at our house that same morning. I love that they want to help people understand their system. Super kind and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be using their services in the future.

Blackwater was able to help us with a very difficult and time consuming project regarding a court case and our drain field. They were patient with the time it took to do things the right way and did the dirt work better than I could have imagined. I am so thankful for the willingness and the professionalism that they gave. These are really good people and I'm glad we chose them to do business with.

Blackwater was absolutely great when our weirdo Biometrics (sic) fan/pump started emitting a eerie screeching/whirring noise, like an episode of Twilight Zone. Jay coached my wife over the phone, homing in on the problem via diagnostic Q&A, then, when the OEM supplier gave us the runaround about scheduling a Service Tech ($350 to diagnose, $390 for an actual callout), Jay came out the very next day, charging us only the price the OEM wanted for the fan/pump! Friendly and fair, prompt and knowledgeable, Blackwater exemplifies great customer service in an era of Don't Care, Please Hold.

I care for my elderly mom as best I can. I was at her place on Friday and realized there was an issue with her septic. After many calls to many septic services I was able to contact Blackwater Septic. Zeb responded immediately. He spent valuable time digging up the yard and attempting to locate the issue. It turns out it was a broken pipe that he was unable to fix. Mom needed a Plumber. After all his efforts he refused to take payment as he was not able to fix the problem. He is a good man and runs an honest company. So refreshing in this day and age. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Zeb. We went back to Trevor at Parks Plumbing (he recommended Blackwater). He was able to come the same day and replace the broken part. I will be forever grateful to these good men. My mom is everything to me. Called them with a septic issue, they came out that same day to assess the situation. They were there at 9:00 AM the very next day to work on it. Not only efficient, but nice people to deal with. Jeb and Jay from Blackwater Services were hired to remove the waste from our septic tank. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, removed the waste, cleaned the filter and were finished in about 45 minutes. Both of them were extremely friendly, gave me some tips and left the yard in the same condition they found it. I would not hesitate to hire them again! They make a great team!

Blackwater Services came through for us again! Sunday afternoon we noticed a small irregularity in our system. We sent them an email. By Monday morning they called, and by early afternoon Monday they arrived. The issued was resolved, and our peace of mind restored!

This is a wonderful company that I would highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. They have gone above and beyond in helping our family with septic issues at our Mothers home. Well, we knew something was wrong with our septic system. And the previous company led us to believe that we could go much longer without having the tank pumped. Needless to say that didn’t work out for us. Our wash machine was draining during a spin cycle when our downstairs toilet began to overflow. We went down the Google search results for septic service in our area and didn’t get a useful response until Blackwater picked up the phone. Came over quickly, pumped out our tank, fixed a loose baffle, and educated us on our system. They charged a super low price and didn’t charge for an emergency service. Husband and wife team that were a hoot to talk with as well. We will be going with them when it’s time to service our system again. Thank you guys so much!

I can not recommend this company enough! They came in last minute to do an inspection and were thorough and efficient. They were very trust worthy unlike others we have encountered in this business. Good feels all around! Trustworthy, honest professionals!
