So we completed the work for the last 2 clients listed in our previous post.
The Edmonds project turned out very well. We were able to make repairs to the existing system without a full replacement as the homeowner had been told previously was needed. This saved him thousands of dollars and minimized damage to his mature landscaping. You can read his review on our Google profile page.
The inspection on the 1950's septic system was also completed but with less good news. Unfortunately, their drain field has failed. We spent a little over an hour explaining the issues and options to fix those issues.
It is a bad day when you have tell someone that they need major repair work. The only thing that makes it bearable is knowing that the client has answers to their questions and knows their options. It is our goal to ensure that each homeowner that calls us gets honest, verifiable information.
For every prospective and future client; knowledge is power.
Get informed. Get educated, Save yourself time, money, and reduce the chance of future issues. Even if you choose another service provider (which we really hope you don't), we will be here to help answer your questions because we believe everyone deserves to know the truth about their septic system.
