We were contacted by the property owner after the septic designer said that the drain field needed to be tested.
In the process of determining that the drain field was good, we found that the tank had a huge crack under the inlet pipe.
Normally we would need to have the old tank pumped out before decommissioning. However, this property had sat vacant for a number of months and the tank had just been pumped. Because there were no "waste" in the tank, we were able to save the property owner about $600 by pumping the liquid from the old tank to the new one with a transfer pump.
In less than a day, a new tank was installed and tied into the house and the existing drain field and home was fully functioning again.
We can likely do the same for you. Let us show you how.
