All around nice guy. Waited 2 days for the service though…
Originally called Mr Brennan on a Saturday. And informed him that I had a driver pull over. Due to a headlight issue no low beam And After further investigation. Had. Exposed communication Wires in ECM chassis wire harness Which the driver had spliced together to get back home. The truck started throwing codes. That the after treatment wasn’t communicatingwith the ECM. Sent Mr. Brennan photos of wires that were exposed As well as codes From Cummins insite. So he was more aware of the situation. He told me he was out of town till Monday, and that the technician that he currently had on call, wouldn’t feel comfortable with the electrical part. But informed me That was right up his alley, and he was more than confident he could take care of the situation himself. But it would have to be Monday morning between 8 and 8:30 AM
He informed me Sunday that he had a client which called him with a car trailer broke down
And he would have to push my appointment up a little bit (We all understand how headaches work)
So needless to say, he couldn’t get to me until the next day
After our initial appointment got canceled.
He arrived the next day about 1:45 in the afternoon
After arrival Mr. Brennan had to leave to obtain wire Despite the photos
By 5 PM while on my way back to Mr. Brennan from dropping my rental off. Due to the cancellation the day before Mr. Brennan informed me that he had over an hour to drive home and he also had somebody waiting for him Therefore, he was able to shrink wrap the wires that were exposed.
And informed me that the after treatment hadn’t been from the wires originally at all. And informed me that there was a plug that came slightly apart
And that he wouldn’t have time to look into my headlight situation
He gave me half off on service call charge I was told because of the wait. But $521.31 later. still no low beams … So back to the drawing board I go
