Instead of pushing repairs I didn’t need, Rob gave it to me straight: if there are no errors and everything looks clean, don’t spend money fixing what isn’t broken. I brought my Lexus here for service, and about five months later my engine seized, leaving me with an engine repair bill of over $7,000. What concerns me most is the advice I was given during an oil change. The woman at the front desk told me it was “okay to skip the oil filter change once” because their mechanic could not remove it. That advice was completely irresponsible and shows a lack of basic automotive knowledge. An oil filter is a critical component, not an optional one. I also question the quality of oil and service standards used here. Skipping an oil filter can lead to contaminated oil circulating through the engine, oil starvation, and catastrophic engine damage—which is exactly what happened to my car. If the owner or anyone else doubts this, I have photos showing the damage caused when an oil filter is not replaced. This outcome was avoidable, and I trusted their guidance to my detriment. I strongly recommend not trusting front-desk advice here and thinking twice before allowing this shop to service your vehicle.

Great work from Rob on my car and awesome customer service from Valentina in the office. Rob was quick but careful installing wheel spacers to my with my brand new car. He used the correct lifting points without leaving a scratch or indentation on the bottom of my vehicle. Valentina was extremely polite, down to earth and easy to talk to. Great representation for the shop.

Excellent service. Came in for new tire and wheels mounting and balancing. Also needed an alignment. This crew knocked it all out for me on a busy Friday morning. Great communication at all times from the ladies at the front to men in the shop. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Stopped by [Blackstone MotorSport] after noticing a slow leak in one of my tires. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and patched it up without trying to upsell me on a new tire, which I really appreciated. They were efficient, honest, and explained everything clearly. While I was there, I also had them check my alignment since they have an in-ground alignment system—very convenient and high-tech. The service was smooth, and my car drives noticeably better now. Valentina was very hospitable! Straight forward business. Had ask for an alignment, was able to come in, take care of the job and had us out in no time. Great service and great prices!

I’m not sure how this place has so many five-star reviews. The prices are higher than expected, and I was recommended parts and services that didn’t seem necessary. In today’s world, it’s easy for customers to verify costs and compare options, so transparency is important. I would encourage this business to focus on fair pricing and honest recommendations.

Won't come back to this place. Had shocks done there and they put them in wrong after 5 hrs of waiting in there lobby. Thought my rear end was going to fall apart. The mechanic said it was the people that did them last time. I told him they where stock shocks cause they where. Couldn't really speak to the giy cause he didnt speak English. Surprising! Try to cut corners. Wonder how many others he's done this too. Not to mention he left my trunk interior in shambles. Get your tires changed sure. I dont recommend doing anything else in this place. The woman in the front are cool though.
