I came here looking for guidance on a mechanical issue and left with a much bigger problem than I started with. My car’s power steering stopped working and I steered straight into a tree after coming here. I explained the symptoms clearly and was given advice on what to do next. I followed that advice exactly, trusting that it was sound. Shortly after, my car suffered catastrophic engine failure — the kind of outcome no one expects when they’re just trying to be proactive about maintenance. I’m not claiming intent or malice, but the advice I received was at best careless and at worst dangerously wrong. When I reached back out after the failure, there was no accountability, no acknowledgment that the guidance may have been flawed, and no effort to help resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, I was left dealing with the fallout alone, including a vehicle that is now effectively totaled. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values accurate diagnostics or reliable advice. One star for responsiveness before things went wrong — but that’s where the positives end.

Great work from Rob on my car and awesome customer service from Valentina in the office. Rob was quick but careful installing wheel spacers to my with my brand new car. He used the correct lifting points without leaving a scratch or indentation on the bottom of my vehicle. Valentina was extremely polite, down to earth and easy to talk to. Great representation for the shop.

Fantastic service by Rob and Valentina. (Hope i spelled that right) they literally found me in a closed parking lot of another car shop desperately trying to get my brakes serviced after they went totally out on me. They lead me to their closed shop, opened it for me, and had my car fixed by the morning. One of the wildest ways to meet my new forever mechanics. Price was great as well. Wish i could give them 1000 stars. Amazing.

I brought my Lexus here for service, and about five months later my engine seized, leaving me with an engine repair bill of over $7,000. What concerns me most is the advice I was given during an oil change. The woman at the front desk told me it was “okay to skip the oil filter change once” because their mechanic could not remove it. That advice was completely irresponsible and shows a lack of basic automotive knowledge. An oil filter is a critical component, not an optional one. I also question the quality of oil and service standards used here. Skipping an oil filter can lead to contaminated oil circulating through the engine, oil starvation, and catastrophic engine damage—which is exactly what happened to my car. If the owner or anyone else doubts this, I have photos showing the damage caused when an oil filter is not replaced. This outcome was avoidable, and I trusted their guidance to my detriment. I strongly recommend not trusting front-desk advice here and thinking twice before allowing this shop to service your vehicle.

Excellent service. Came in for new tire and wheels mounting and balancing. Also needed an alignment. This crew knocked it all out for me on a busy Friday morning. Great communication at all times from the ladies at the front to men in the shop. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Stopped by [Blackstone MotorSport] after noticing a slow leak in one of my tires. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and patched it up without trying to upsell me on a new tire, which I really appreciated. They were efficient, honest, and explained everything clearly. While I was there, I also had them check my alignment since they have an in-ground alignment system—very convenient and high-tech. The service was smooth, and my car drives noticeably better now.
