Love this place! Everyone at Blackpink Massage Spa is friendly and knows what they’re doing. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Such a good massage — will be back for sure

came to get a couples massage, i really needed it as my muscle were really sore 1. we were not allowed to be in 1 room together (which was weird, i asked for a COUPLES massage on the phone) 2. the lady that was massaging me had a mini skirt on and heels on (Did not ask for a happy ending) 3. I asked for a hard massage, the massage lady did the opposite and was just rubbing my back the whole hour 4. When it was time to pay, I was going to tip anyways BUT the admin demanded me that I HAD TO PAY a $40 dollar TIP (Isn't tip optional? and based on their performance? They just told me that I HAD TO PAY a $40 dollar tip on top of the $70 hourly rate which was kinda weird and rude? 1/10 would not recommend this place

⭐ 1 Star I asked about the price before booking, but when I arrived, I was told it's $60 just for the room fee, and additional services were added on top of that without clear explanation. The staff were not kind or respectful, and the overall customer service was disappointing. I expected honesty and better treatment. I do not recommend this place. Your reply is a clear reflection of the poor customer service I experienced. Instead of addressing the concern or apologizing, you chose to mock a paying customer. Expecting honesty and respectful communication is not "too high" — it's basic. I hope future customers read this and think twice.
