I’ll admit, I wasn’t completely sure what to expect when I first booked BlackLine Security. Being a newer company, there’s always that question in the back of your mind—are they going to show up and actually handle things the right way? That question didn’t last long. Not long after everything got going, I remember noticing Officer Randolph wasn’t just standing around or waiting for something to happen. He was paying attention to everything—people coming in, movement around the property, even the small details most people wouldn’t think twice about. At one point, there was a situation that could’ve easily been overlooked—nothing major at first glance—but he addressed it early, calmly, and without making a scene. It never had the chance to turn into a bigger problem. Most people probably wouldn’t have even noticed it, but he did. That moment stood out to me. It wasn’t about reacting when something went wrong—it was about making sure it didn’t get there in the first place. Throughout the entire time, his presence changed the atmosphere. People were more aware, things stayed under control, and there was a level of order that you could feel without it being forced. By the end of it, I wasn’t thinking about whether I took a chance on a newer company anymore. I was thinking about how different the experience felt having someone there who was actually locked in and intentional about what they were doing. I’ll definitely be using BlackLine Security again.
