Love this practice! Very welcoming environment and the dentists and their assistants are awesome! Love the focus on patient-centred care. My dentist took photos and scans to show me what was wrong with my teeth and actually gave me options! My dentist was technically skilled as well, he gave me two fillings and I felt nothing at all I will be recommending this place around the local area!

I had a few very small front teeth chips filled at the beginning of this year. It was not only very expensive but now only 7 months later, one of the fillings has completely come off. This is unacceptable. Not only that, I didn’t feel they were very warm or friendly at all, I felt very uncomfortable there. I don’t recommend this dentist. EDIT - I don’t have a tongue piercing and this wasn’t due to another dentist. Unbelievable response.

All of the team at Blackheath dental are nothing short of amazing . My 81 year old parents just started going there and couldn’t be happier , you never feel rushed and they truly care about their patients . I am now a patient also and couldn’t have been happier with the care and attention you receive . I’m not sure too many people enjoy going to the dentist but the team make it a visit you truly feel comfortable with . Highly recommend! especially if you have anyone in the family who is a little nervous about a dentist appointment .

I can’t express just how good the whole experience was from the professionalism to the understanding everything was on point thank you so much to the team at Blackheath Dental for helping me with my permanent retainer they went above and beyond. They stayed back with me one day, booked me between another appointment another day and came in early to see me on a day after that all within the same week to get the job done absolutely incredible

So glad I tried Blackheath Dental. Very friendly staff, the Receptionist was lovely. Dr Patel and his assistant were very knowledgeable and gentle! It was my daughters first time to the dentist and they were very good with her too.

My dentist is Dr Jiman Han. He is friendly, a good communicator and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the general overall check-up he does, which is not only about teeth but also the mouth and jaw. I've seen many dentists over many years but none have been as thorough as he is. I would certainly recommend others to see him. All the Blackheath Dental staff are friendly and flexible in case you need to change an appointment. I am grateful for that.

BEST DENTAL TEAM EVER ! I moved to the Blue Mountains about 15 years ago. After years of very painful and terrible service from Sydney dentists, I am still amazed by the service provided at every appointment, Its still so good. The team are excellent at what they do, but best of all...PAIN FREE ! I have very sensitive gums , yet even a very detailed clean is still...PAIN FREE ! I trust and rely on the Blackheath team for all of my dental needs and especially for good advice. The new treatments rooms are amazing, I'm a tall guy so I take up a lot of space and there is heaps of room and is really comfortable. The front desk team are very friendly and make it easy to stay calm and relaxed...if like me and get stressed in the waiting room. I have had regular gum treatments, fillings and caps and all were very affordable. So in short....If you hate going to the dentist, Try Blackheath Dental , it will change your life.....really.

Our kids attend Blackheath family dental and it is great. All the staff are polite, accommodating and welcoming. We see Dr Jiman, who has been great with all our kids and some of their more complex dental needs.

Friendly and courteous staff, and excellent service as well. I can’t praise them highly enough.

Definitely one of my better dentist visits involving an extraction. Rutile was patient, listened well, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He spelled out my options, and concurred with me that the tooth had to go. All in all a most satisfying visit. The supporting staff were lovely too. Thanks
