Blackburn Van Hire

Poor service. My company book a van for me. I rang day before to confirm and after 40 minutes on the phone at 4.30 pm. Got no response. I had to go to the site and ask to collect the van at 8am next day. That was not a problem. When arriving on site to collect the van at 8am . I had to wait to after 9am before I could collect the van. Ask if the van had sat nav? No response. All the staff are in a click and there no where to park your car anywhere. As they look like they are looking after there mate cars in the car park. Use a different branch of Enterprise.

Hired a van for 24 hours. Staff are really attentive and explained everything. Van was immaculate and theyre open on weekends including Sundays which a lot of chain hire places arent. Would 100% recommend this place over anywhere else
