I’m so happy with our garage doors! Nathan made everything smooth from start to finish. Not only was the project reasonably priced, but the work was impeccable. I highly recommend Black Oak for anyone looking for garage doors in the northwest suburbs!

A wonderful experience all the way through! Nathan was fast to address my original issue which ultimately resulted in us needing a door, and incredibly knowledgeable. These guys did an amazing job! They showed up for an estimate the same day I called. They had swatch samples of so many colors and textures. Super friendly staff. The doors arrived within a couple of weeks. The installation went smooth and was professionally done. They hauled away the old doors and all the old rusty parts. The new doors and tracks are great quality materials and the new openers have the latest tech bells and whistles. I am extremely happy and I will recommend to anyone looking for value, quality work and materials.

During our wonderful polar vortex, our super old garage door stopped working. Nathan and his team were so great. They helped us through the entire process of deciding what opener was needed for our family and in our price range. They came right out for install and had us fixed up in less than an hour. We have lived with the garage doors for over a year now. Black Oak delivered quality and surpassed my expectations in service during installation and as recently as this week. We had ordered a front door to match the period of the garage doors in our vintage home. We realized we did not have a sample of the garage door staining for our painter. A year later, Black Oaks delivered a sample for our painter to match the same day that I contacted Nathan’s company. I highly recommend this company for honest and high quality work.

Had the springs break on my garage door.  Nathan and Kevin came out the very next morning and within an hour had everything taken care of.  Nathan returned my call promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions.  Highly Recommend.
