Nathan and Kevin from Black Oak Garage Doors in Antioch just finished installing my new garage door. I could not be happier! Nathan suggested a DLHR track system which fit the construction of my house much better than the original door tracks, due to a low hanging beam. Nathan and Kevin did a great job! The door seals to the opening much better than the original. I absolutely cannot believe how quiet and smoothly the door operates! I only regret putting up with my old door for as long as I did. What a great job! Thank you Nathan and Kevin!!!

I absolutely love the new garage door. This is the second time I have used Black Oak. The first time was an emergency repair and the second was the replacement door. Very responsive, they show up when they say they will and the work was perfect. When they were out over a year ago to repair my garage door they gave me a rough estimate for a replacement. With the prices of everything increasing I expected a higher price. The estimate was right in line with no major increase. Nice guys as well! I will use them again when my opener needs to be replaced.

We have lived with the garage doors for over a year now. Black Oak delivered quality and surpassed my expectations in service during installation and as recently as this week. We had ordered a front door to match the period of the garage doors in our vintage home. We realized we did not have a sample of the garage door staining for our painter. A year later, Black Oaks delivered a sample for our painter to match the same day that I contacted Nathan’s company. I highly recommend this company for honest and high quality work.

Nathan and Andrew were great to do business with. Two very professional individuals. I enjoyed the initial contact Nathan‘s knowledge and expertise of what I was looking for was exemplary . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. it’s hard to find good help nowadays. I turned them onto one of my neighbors told me she is going to have them install a door sometime in the next week or two, she really liked the way they operated. I like the fact that there was no oil Streaking down the inside of my door. Thank you again, gentlemen for the Professional job. This past week we had one of our springs break just before 5pm on Wednesday, I contacted the business and Nathan answered after hours and said he would be out first thing the next morning or I could pay a premium for afterhours, so I chose the next morning. As promised Nathan and Kevin showed up on time first thing in the morning and got right to work. They knocked the project of replacing the springs and ended up doing much more in no time at all. The garage door is quieter than when we bought the place over 25 years ago. Nathan could have told me I needed to replace my door, but instead he made some modifications to allow me a few more years on this door. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but they also left no signs of them being there cleaning up the workspace before they left. I highly recommend Black Oak for any garage door work or construction!
