Black flag plumbing

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with Black Flag Plumbing that I wanted to share. I discovered a burst pipe in my garage and called them around 11:00 AM. They scheduled service the same day at about 2:00 PM, which was already impressive. When the plumber arrived, he fixed the exposed burst copper pipe in about 5 minutes. The total cost was $149.72, which matched exactly what they explained over the phone. What I really appreciated was the price transparency. When I called, they clearly explained the pricing: $120 per hour plus materials for an exposed burst pipe repair. There were no surprises on the bill. Before calling them, I contacted several other companies. One example was Loyal Plumbing, which would not provide any cost estimate over the phone and required a $99 visit fee just to come out, which made me a bit nervous. Black Flag Plumbing was straightforward, fast, and professional. Same-day service, clear pricing, and efficient repair. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reliable plumber.

The two men arrived on time and replaced the water heater quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the installation site and left it looking good. Very happy with their work and would hire them again when needed. Thanks for the great job guys.

had a bit of delay on getting the shower we needed, kept us informed the whole time. only took a short morning to install shower and plumb the rest of bathroom. very easy to talk and work with for the project! would use them again.

John did an awesome job! Overall, they were very timely in getting out to work on roughing in our unfinished bathroom. Customer experience was great and the work is quality. Price was nearly half of competitor prices.

Kia has been out to fix various plumbing issues: replace shower and kitchen faucets, replace garbage disposal, repair toilet, repair bursted pipe on sprinkler system. Every time he has been quick to respond and is very competent and professional. The kitchen faucet was rusted on but he worked diligently and creatively to get it off. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely keep Black Flag Plumbing as my go to plumber. Highly recommend!!

I had issues when the wind was blowing very, very hard - it blew out the pilot light twice. Black Flag fixed the water heater 1st time with a needed part and 2nd time the cap on roof had gotten bent. Then with the cold snap my pipes froze. They fixed it and installed a replacement water meter. Always done in a very timely manner. Thank you.

I would highly advise working with any other plumbing company in the Northern Hills. As a business owner myself, I would have to say this is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From the employees to the owner himself, they were unpleasantly rude and unprofessional to work with. I hired them to do the plumbing in my new home that was just built I could write a 2 page review on the service I received from this company, but they don’t deserve my time or my energy. Before hiring this company to do work, I would strongly suggest take a couple more minutes to find a plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing and has employees that are knowledgeable in their trade.
