Black Flag Plumbing has always been great to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. The installer who came out yesterday made sure I was happy with the work before he left. And he left the work area spotless! Thank you.

John did an awesome job! Overall, they were very timely in getting out to work on roughing in our unfinished bathroom. Customer experience was great and the work is quality. Price was nearly half of competitor prices.

I would highly advise working with any other plumbing company in the Northern Hills. As a business owner myself, I would have to say this is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From the employees to the owner himself, they were unpleasantly rude and unprofessional to work with. I hired them to do the plumbing in my new home that was just built I could write a 2 page review on the service I received from this company, but they don’t deserve my time or my energy. Before hiring this company to do work, I would strongly suggest take a couple more minutes to find a plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing and has employees that are knowledgeable in their trade.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!! Had a bathroom sink leak over holiday weekend and owner sent John Wayne over on a Sunday to fix it!! John was outstanding and was my hero for the wonderful work he did. A big THANK YOU to everyone at black flag plumbing. I highly recommend them!

John came by and did great work. He was extremely polite and helpful. He wasted no time and was very honest with me about fixing my kitchen disposal regarding what was best. They got me in same day. Thanks guys!

Wouldn’t you know it — at 5:30 on a Friday evening, I discovered my refrigerator was leaking! I called Black Flag Plumbing & Remodeling and spoke with Billy, the owner, who came right over to assess the problem. He quickly identified the leak but couldn’t make the repair immediately because a new shut-off valve was needed. Bright and early Saturday morning, John called and arrived promptly. He completed the repair efficiently, and we had water again in no time! Thank you, Billy and John, for rescuing us so quickly and providing such excellent service. — Caroline

Black Flag Plumbing did a fantastic job with our issue. What we thought was a small leak from kitchen sink quickly turned into something out of our diy depths. Quickly got a call back and was quoted really great rates for it being after hours. Billy showed up, quickly saw the issue, let me know what we would need to do and got to work. Was a quick fix luckily and price was VERY reasonable and worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone!!

Had an issue pop up and no other company area would take the time to look at the issue. Called Black Flag Plumbing and they had someone out the very next day and the issue was fixed in under an hour. They were very professional and explained everything up front of potential cost. When the work was done the price I was given was extremely lower than what I expected. I will be using only them for all future plumbing projects.

Black flag plumbing is an awesome company. Billy was reliable on time and a very hard worker. He kept us informed about everything and was very reasonable on his prices. Couldn't ask for a better plumbing company!!!!

This is my first time using this company and it was worth it. They really worked to get things taken care of. I went through Home Serve so I can't quote how much I paid but they were professional and I didn't feel like they were just taking the easy way out.
