White Pinot Noir is a type of white wine made from the black-skinned Pinot Noir grape. It's created by gently pressing the grapes to release the juice, which is then separated from the skins early on to prevent any red color from being extracted. The resulting wine is typically pale golden in color and has a flavor profile that can include notes of apple, pear, and citrus, along with some of the subtle fruitiness and spice that can be found in red Pinot Noir.
