I was able to book a very last minute appointment with the team and they came to the home and did a phenomenal service cleaning carpets that had been neglected for over a decade. They were able to make these carpets look new again and were extremely professional and took great care of the home while conducting the cleaning.

Nolan of Black Diamond scheduled my last minute appointment with no problem two days before Christmas. Who does that? Josh my Service Tech went above and beyond best customer service. He was informative, space conscious, knowledgeable, pet aware, and friendly. Price. Reasonable. I will definitely have them back for more jobs. My carpets look amazing. Sorry for no before and after. Just saying my over 20 yr old carpets look great.

The photos attached are after paying hundred + an hour for “deep clean”. I went with this company because they had such great reviews. I was disappointed when I informed them of my dissatisfaction and they told me that this would be a different department because of water stains. The island and floors were not done even though they mark it on their list. Well I had a small business owner come out and she was able to get it all done without special departments. I wouldn’t recommend a company like this for your home. The only reason I give two stars is because the front office staff was great to work with and a strong advocate.

We called Diamond for a move in Carpet cleaning and got a response and appointment right away. Nolan was very polite and professional. The service was great I was able to get a next day appointment and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Diamond for all you Carpet and cleaning needs. I also learned they do HouseKeeping which was also very convenient.

Living room carpet and two 8x10 rugs. Received veterans discount that we really appreciated. Easy to schedule. Received notification that crew would arrive in 50 minutes. Tjey showed up on time and they finished all tasks quickly. Carpet and rugs look and smell great. Price was very fair. All contact was made through text which was very convenient since I kept forgetting to call during regular business hours. I suspect that I chatted with an AI Booking System to schedule the appointment and obtain my estimate. Easy...love love how simple the whole process was. Phone customer service is also available.

I called them out to deep clean our fire station tile and carpets. They came out and gave me a quote and came back the next day and got everything done. Very professional experience and highly recommend them. We will be using them in the future for all of our station needs. Thank you again Black Diamond team.

Wow! The carpets look amazing and the technician was so incredibly helpful. He assessed the rooms and gave me his honest opinion about my best options and ended up cutting my initial quote in half with his diligence. I would recommend this service to everyone and will be using them for any carpet cleaning needs in the future!

We recently had carpets cleaned at one of our locations. While drying took longer than expected, the floors looked excellent. The team was professional, followed all instructions, and provided helpful recommendations. We look forward to working with them again.

I HIGHLY recommend Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning! They were quick, efficient, did a fantastic job, and very reasonably priced (we have a lot of carpet in our home). The cleaning products used smell great and aren’t overpowering. We will definitely be calling again for future cleanings!

You guys did a amazing job on cleaning the carpet. It turned out so great, I didn't expect it to turn out the good! I was so excited. And it smells very good.
