Catch pan drain line! 💧
We came back out to this house for a re-inspection after repairs were made and water heater replacement was on the list. Tucked in the back of the closet, we could see the auxillary drain line connected to the catch pan, but something looked off.
As you can see, there was even a hole drilled in the subfloor , but the pipe was not aligned during installation.
