The damage to my right front passenger side is now completely unnoticeable—my Tesla looks brand new! The office itself exudes professionalism and excellence, making the entire experience even better. This was my first time going to black diamond collision, the service took a little over 2 weeks and I was expecting a longer time frame. They got the job done, while waiting Carlos the manager handling my repair case was in constant communication with me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Once my car was fixed I did have an issue, I contacted Carlos he inspected the vehicle and let me know they can fix the problem and it only took them 30 minutes. Definitely recommend as they are easy to work with and always look for the customers best interest!

This was absolutely by far the best Collision center I’ve ever worked with and I am six years old so I’ve had a few. We also owned TURO cars so we’ve been in there quite a bit in these last few years. I’ve never worked with them before this is the very first time they had excellent communication. Excellent customer service so timely. It was the fastest repair I’ve ever had I own a Tesla and they did a wonderful job. It looks beautiful when I went to pick up my car. Traffic was insane and they waited for me and their communication was over and over. Take your time. No problem. I loved it. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you so much.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! You go for one thing and your car comes out with other problems that was never an issue BEFORE they get your car! My Malibu was with them a month for damage from a car wreck that didn’t involve my transmission or motor or electrical problem. Not was my driver door lock/unlock button a problem. Retrieved my car from this place and now I have electrical problem and my lock/unloock switch will not work!!! Told them to fix they wanted to file another claim with the insurance company just to get $$$ and never fixed or called me back in for the lock. My husband took it back up there just so they could state the problem but don’t fix! Talking about they don’t know how it got like that when the Pin point to them and ONLY them! No problems BEFORE it got there, PROBLEMS after I retrieve it!!! It simple this happened within they possession of my car! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! I’m looking into suing! Reply to Answer: What you’re saying is FALSE why would you run a diagnostics on my car like you said you’re a body shop nothing more. And your claims of the damage not related to my insurance claims only further the facts that I spoke! It was ONLY DAMAGED AFTER bing in your possession! Not before but AFTER! Unleaded damages THIS BODY SHOP CAUSED!

5 star experience. These guys are the real deal. I was involved in an accident and I heard going direct to Tesla for repairs can take months potentially to get repairs done. Someone recommended Black Diamond and I decided to go there based off reviews and seeing that they were Tesla certified. The staff was very helpful and extremely responsive. Any question I had they responded to me with in minutes. Once my car arrived to the shop everything was done in 2 weeks. The longest part was just waiting for Tesla parts to get delivered. Once they got the parts the repairs were done the following day. The car looked brand new and after driving it I have 0 issues. 100% recommend especially if you have a Tesla

Beware of this Body shop, they will glue on your bumper cover and claim it is fixed. My insurance company ended sending me to a different Body shop to get it fixed correctly. So now this crooked body shop is claiming that I had a second accident, which is yet another lie, because the field rep from my insurance company examined the vehicle when I dropped it off at the different body shop and said that there was no apparent damage from a second accident. Next time please try to get your lies better organized.

A month or so after repairing my Tesla, I discovered a previously undetected problem that needed to be fixed under the original insurance claim.
