I want to give a huge shoutout to Black Diamond Collision for their exceptional service in taking care of my Tesla Model X. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of top-tier. My contact person, Vic, communicated with me at the highest level, ensuring I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The damage to my right front passenger side is now completely unnoticeable—my Tesla looks brand new! The office itself exudes professionalism and excellence, making the entire experience even better. I truly felt like I was treated like royalty—almost as if I were Michelle Obama herself lol! Vic, you are an outstanding representative of the company, and I am beyond grateful for the care and attention you gave to both me and my vehicle.
