Josh of Black Bear Construction was great to work with, I only wish that the rating had more stars. He is extremely professional in all he does. Starting with the initial meeting on site, his estimate and contract, thru starting the job on time and finishing the job ahead of schedule. All during the process he was concerned keeping the project clean and safe. In my 50 years of being an architect I would rank Josh in my top three favorite contractors and I am looking forward to working with him again.
