I became a BiteFX user sometime around 2014 as I saw it as a great fit for a practice with a focus on education, occlusion and TMJ. I had no idea how important it would become in our everyday practice treating our patients in both the doctors schedule and the hygiene department. Some of these concepts with full mouth reconstruction, occlusion and joint stability are complicated for even us professionals to understand. BiteFx allows us to easily share complex information to our patients and they very quickly own their own condition and make better informed decisions. I could not practice without BiteFX. I have been using BiteFx for over 20 years. It is an invaluable tool to explain to patients their current oral conditions, allowing them to understand the issues and then accept the necessary treatment to restore their oral health. I use it in every new patient exam and more.

Absolutely the most powerful tooth that I have to quickly explain to patients many of the long term problems that they present with. Through the use of BiteFX animations the long term detrimental effects of that bruxism and malocclusion become easy to discuss. BiteFX has help me more than anything else to get to "yes" with patients. From single crowns to full mouth rehabilitation! I have had BiteFX for over 10 years. I can not do a treatment plan without it!

We love have these advanced dentistry videos to share with our patients. Treatment acceptance improves greatly when patients understand what we are recommending and why!

They talked my wife, a dentist, into this software, but she never used it or set up a training session. They continued to bill her thousands of dollars in monthly fees over a year...even though she was not using their product or did the training. When I ask that they cancel this and refund her some or all of the charges, they refused.
