Can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had working with Bison Roofing. Called for an estimate to replace the shingles on our house. Craig was there the next day, fully explained everything AND we had a written estimate that same day. The roof was done within the next month. Due to travel plans gone awry, we were not there the day of the work. Bison Roofing reassured us, sent progress pictures, and a full summary of how it went. The roof and new sky lights turned out top notch. Truly appreciate their customer service AND high quality work!

I highly recommend Bison Roofing of Dickinson, ND, for your roofing needs. Excellent company! I live in a rural area, and after June storms rolled through ND, I couldn't even find a roofer in Bismarck/Mandan to return my calls. So I tried Dickinson. Craig, the owner of Bison Roofing, got back to me later the same day. He came out the next day, did a thorough inspection, went over some roof samples and recommendations with us. We called him the next morning with our choice of shingles and he got back to us later that day with a written estimate. Our insurance was approved and he and his crew were able to fit us into their schedule 3 days later. They tore off the old materials and replaced the entire roof in one day. Came out on a Saturday morning early, and worked like crazy until they had it done that evening. I have never seen such hard-working roofers in my life. His team worked great together and Craig let me know the steps they were taking along the way to ensure me all was as it should be. They cleaned everything up and left me with a beautiful new roof, quicker than I ever expected. Since then, my home has been through 4 major storms with 60-80 mph winds and rains, and my roof looks wonderful. Nothing loose or leaking or damaged. I am VERY happy with my decision to call Bison Roofing for this job and HIGHLY recommend you give them a call for your roofing needs. Craig's a great guy, is upbeat, friendly, has an excellent work ethic, cares about the customer's needs, returns phone calls/texts/emails promptly, has a terrific crew, and I just can't say enough good about this company. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Wow - so impressed with Craig and Bison roofing - it is so refreshing when a company responds promptly and does excellent work. They fixed a leak and replaced shingles damaged by the June hailstorm. They answered all my questions did a fabulous job of cleaning up. Fair price and the roof looks great!

I noticed we had a leak in our roof after a pretty decent rain storm recently. So I messaged Bison Roofing right away to see if they could give us a quote to repair it. They responded quickly and got over as quick as they safely could. They explained everything to me basically in crayons and drawings, (pictures of our roof and where the leak was 😂) I was super appreciative of that, knowing it was actually getting done/looked at because I won’t ever go up there to check it out myself. They fixed it the best that they could due to the age of our roof, which I was 100% okay with, they didn’t lie or hide anything. They were very trustworthy, honest, efficient, great communication. Hands down couldn’t have picked a better company to have helped us out! Thank you, thank you!!

We had an exceptional experience with Bison Roofing! Craig was very responsive when we called about needing our shingles replaced; explained the issues he found and gave us a detailed estimate the same day. Our job was delayed 1 day due to high winds, which we were perfectly fine with. The job was completed within 6 hours, and Craig sent us pictures of the plywood that needed to be replaced (more than we initially thought) and took care of a couple other issues they found. Would absolutely recommend Bison Roofing for both customer service and quality of their work!
