'Jack’s Express, on Warrington Road in Penketh, was visited by Food Standards Agency inspectors on May 12.
There, inspectors found the retailer to be in need of ‘major improvement, issuing it a one-star rating.'

Handy to drop off royal mail parcels,avoiding the queue at the post office. Well stocked up and the staff are polite.
